Shadrach had my primary education in University of Ilorin Staff School, Ilorin. Thereafter proceeding to Chapel Secondary School also in Ilorin from where he proceeded to study Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Niger state.

He enjoy working on Power systems and control and electrical services for both residential and commercial projects. He horned his skills in this area when he got the opportunity to work with Mar and Mor Integrated Services on the Kwara Mall (Shoprite) project. He also had a stint working with the defunct Power Holding of Nigeria Plc (PHCN).

He has a strong knack for risk management and cost optimization, especially in the area of procurement. This was gained from working with a first generation financial institution.
He is currently a partner at homeX infrastructure limited.
